    Do I need to be home?

    No, and most of our regular customers are not. We can hold a key, use a lockbox, or you can let us in the first time and set up whatever suits from there.

    Do you bring your own equipment?

    Yes. Vacuum, mop, cloths and all cleaning products come with us and are included in the price. If you would rather we used your own products, or the eco-friendly range, just say so.

    Who will be cleaning my home?

    One of our team. We are small, so you will usually see familiar faces. Everyone works to the same room-by-room checklist and your notes stay with the job, so the result does not change.

    How is the price worked out?

    By the size and condition of the home and how often we come, not by a stopwatch. Regular cleans start at $100. We confirm a flat price before the first visit and it only changes if you change what you would like done.

    What if something is not right?

    Tell us within 24 hours and we will work with you to make it right. For end-of-lease cleans, if the agent flags something on their checklist, let us know straight away and we will sort it before your final inspection.

    Are your cleaners police checked?

    Yes. Everyone on our team is police checked before they start working in your home or workplace.

    Are you insured?

    Yes. New Look Cleaning is insured, so you can book with confidence.

    How do I pay?

    Bank transfer or card after each clean. No deposit, no contract, and no cancellation fee as long as we have 24 hours notice.

    Do you clean offices and businesses?

    Yes. We look after offices, shops, cafes and gyms, before hours, after hours or on weekends. Commercial work is quoted on a walk-through rather than from a form, so call us or send the details and we will come and look.
