New Look Cleaning respects your privacy. This page explains in plain language what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Who we are
New Look Cleaning (ABN 82 659 022 576) provides home and business cleaning services in Sydney's south west. You can reach us at info@newlookcleaning.com.au.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, suburb and a description of what you would like cleaned. If you are a business, we may also collect your business name and site details.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To arrange, carry out and follow up on cleaning services.
- To send invoices and keep records we are required to keep.
Our website form
When you send the quote form, your details are emailed to our team. The form is protected against spam: we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to a few hours so we can limit repeat submissions, and we do not use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with people who help us run the business, such as our cleaning team, email and website providers, and accountants, and only as far as needed. We may also share it if the law requires us to.
How we look after it
We keep your information secure and only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Website, cookies and third parties
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when you visit. We do not run advertising on this site. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this page.
Access, corrections and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@newlookcleaning.com.au. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, tell us and we will respond promptly. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
